Shipping policy

Curlee’s Shop offers shipping on eligible products to destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, charges and delivery estimates depend on your items and delivery address. Please review the options shown at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping rates

For eligible U.S. orders, available options may include Standard shipping for $8 USD and Express shipping for $15 USD. Eligible items in our general shipping profile qualify for free Standard shipping on orders of $70 USD or more. Some products have separate free-shipping options. Free shipping and Express shipping are not available for every item or destination. The shipping charge displayed at checkout applies to your order.

Processing and delivery

Order processing takes place before carrier transit. Processing time varies by product and fulfillment provider. Where offered, the configured transit estimates are 3–5 days for Standard shipping and 1–2 days for Express shipping after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and do not include order processing time. Other shipping options may have different delivery times or no fixed estimate.

Delivery can be affected by product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather or customs processing. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check the available information.

International shipping

International shipping is available for eligible items and destinations shown at checkout. Some eligible items offer free international shipping. Delivery times vary by product and destination; we do not promise a fixed international delivery timeframe. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees depend on your destination and local requirements. Review any charges disclosed at checkout; additional charges may be assessed by local authorities.

Tracking and separate shipments

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear. Items fulfilled by different providers may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We will check whether a correction is still possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items, contact georgecurlee@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos where relevant and available. We will investigate with our fulfillment provider and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our return and refund policy and applicable law. Do not send items back without prior approval and return instructions from us.
